Opinions I 29 F, Part C , Question # 2

Hello Everyone Again . About this Question #2 on Part C of the I 29F Application I marked " NO " because per Instructions , PAge 3 , 3a ...." Crimes relating to a controlled substance or alcohol on three or more occasions,and such crimes did not arise from a single act. ( the On Three Or More Occasions Is Underlined ). I had One Charge in 1974 and 2 charges In The Same Case in January 1991 , so this is why I put " NO " because there is only 2 Seperate Charges and none of them are Violent related . 1974 I actually should have been charged with a Misdemeanor because my Possession of 10 grams of marijuana was actually a Misdemeanor Offence but I was charged with a Felony and I plead guilty to a Misdemeanor . I look for to Opinions to this or hopefully someone already has experience with this type of situation . I am Closer TO FIling !!!! Goodluck to ALL of us ....... Terry

sounds like you are all set. i doubt they would see some misdemeanor from 1974 anyway. if anything and thats a big if, there would only be paper record.

Correct L + T because I did get a paper copy of the 1974 one but when I went to get Probation Record and of course both being Certified Copies , they said they do not have the Records for that anymore . At the beginning I mis-read the I 29F Instructions and was gettting that info but when I read again ...I did not think I needed to put YES to that question . My Fiance has a photo copy of the whole 1991 episode anyway ...so she knows Everything !! Thanks again .... Terry
