Hey VJ,

I have some questions pertaining to the K2 Visa process, hoping to get the right answers.

1) Does my husband or myself have to be present at his daughters interview in DR for the K2 Visa?

2) Once they receive packet 4 can we just fill out the forms here for his daughter and scan them over to her mother so she can take it complete and correct to the interview?

That's all my questions for now thanks for any input or advice.. :)

Are you planning to bring the K2 with your boyfriend. The paperwork is usually done along with the K1 paperwork same interview and everything.

My now husband is already here, he's been here since April and we just sent the K2 letter today to start her process of coming. Which is why we wanted to know if either of us had to be present at the interview or if it was ok for her to just go with her mother.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
