I'm so frustrated. We went through AOS, did everything right, my husband got his GC in March... but we didn't realize the mistake in dates until May (they said he entered the US 1 year before he did and the expiration date was also a year early). We sent in the I-90 in May, was denied two expedites-- though I thought when it was USCIS error, an expedite would work!-- and it's just incredibly frustrating.

Does anyone know where they are on I-90s?

Hey, your comment about the wring dates on the GC sound a lot like the same situation that bigdog and his wife had with her green card. Consider checking some of his threads. I think that it took him two InfoPass appointments to finally get the dates corrected, even though it was an USCIS error.

Good luck.

See my profile, same with my wife's card. two phone calls and a couple of hours, two visits to USCIS info-pass, finally got a good IO to look at it and he agreed-ed. Filed for new card with all documentation. filing to new biometrics about a month waiting for a new card. Kept a copy of the old card front and back. When we got our receipt, I have her passport re-stamped with t I551 for 6 months. Hope that helps, this is on my profile did not post yet. The IO did say once would have filed for the 10 yr card, they would have been allover us for a false filing.
