Hey everybody, I've seen a good deal of post on this but can't seem find my answer and apologize if this has been dealt with 50 times...

2 questions:

For the I-134 I know I need to provide the following:

-Bank Statements

-Letter from my employer

-Pay stubs (how many??)

The crazy congressman immigration "specialist" said I need 3 years of tax returns. Is this true? I'm employed and make above the poverty line.

The crazy congressman lady also said that I needed to go to the interview in Oz. Is this true?

As always, I appreciate your invaluable input.

Did your interview letter specify what they want for supporting documents? Our interview letter did, so that’s why I’m asking. Each country has specific requirements. I included 3 months of bank statements, a letter from my employer, 3 years of W2s, my 2011 tax return, and 6 months of paystubs. It’s better to have more than not enough.

I haven't actually received my letter as of yet but wanted to get a jump on things.

As far as I'm aware the USC doesn't need to attend the K1 Visa interview in Australia also. Different countries have different requirements for the I-134 supporting docs. Check out the Oz portal for more info specific.
