Hey there you all...

I just wanted to shoot out a quick question. I (the fiance in Germany) was originally planning on flying to Florida in two weeks to help my fiancee with the wedding planning and such (via ESTA, because back when i booked the flight my K1 was still being processed). Since our I-129f got approved like three days ago i was wondering whether there will be an issue? e.g. denial of entrance at the airport etc

Thanks!

Henry

Wedding Date Set for December 27th (Yeah I know, cutting it close!) and we have made his ticket for a 4 week trip. We planned on him getting all of his papers together and police record and med exams, then setting up an Interview in Frankfurt....If they could do it in less then a month, he would stay there and we would delay his flight...If it would be a month+ wait, then he would set it up and come here for the time in between and then go home for his interview and such. Yes I know it's complicated but planning this wedding alone is getting REALLY complicated. Will showing them an interview date help show them that he is indeed planning on returning to Germany? if they asked him about the wedding date, should he tell them?

I know that there is a whole subject on this, but I would really like a answer fitted for us, not just a general answer since there are so many facets to this question.

Thank you!

K

It's not more complicated than anyone else. The YES you can visit thread is still the best answer.
