I want to send out my I864 out on Thursday. I ran into an issue that I need some advice on. Im doing the paperwork for my stepsons and my wife(the mother) lives with me in the States. We filed our taxes as joint returns. My question is do I put what I made for the last three years, or what we both made? I make enough so she is not on the app. ?

You need to put the total from both of you that actually shows on your taxes. Also send copies of your W2 to show your income and get a employment letter on company paper showing your hire date, position and rate of pay. I would have someone sign it also. This is what we did for my wife's parents and no problems. I wasnt on the application.
