Probably have to start calling NVC after a few days to get MNL case #. I'm well aware of the new requirement by the US Embassy Manila to print out a deposit slip for $240.00 K-1 fee(valid for only 7 days). I wanted to be sure - after getting MNL case# all my fiancee has to bring with her to BPI is a copy of NOA2, her passport, deposit slip, is that right?. Any replies greatly appreciated. My fiancee went to BPI in july and she only had her passport and the MNL case number. She did not have a deposit slip or a copy of the NOA2.

New requirement just started.

Fee Payment Options

Bank Payment Process Change: Review the new instructions for paying at the bank. Starting September 1, 2012, it will be necessary to bring the printed deposit slip to the bank for payment. The bank will not process your visa fee without the correct deposit slip.

Actually a good idea as maybe then mistakes won't be made on names and passport numbers.

I think the fee is valid for one year not 7 days.. I guess the deposit slip is valid for 7 days though but i wouldn't know what one can do if something happened and you needed another valid deposit slip
