Quick Question - I-765

Hey there

I'm sure this is a simple confusion, i'm filling in i-765 and on part 16 where i fill in my eligibility i just want to know if i would be (a)(6) or (a)(9) because i came in as a K1 fiance visa holder but now i'm married i'm technically the spouse of a US citizen.
