So I finally sent in my package. I was so nervous one question on I-485 actually skipped while i was filling it and it was the A#. My computer would keep zeroing it out so I left it blank and then forgot to fill it. Now how will I get the chance to correct that? Will I get an rfe? If I do will I need new passport style photos?I'm completely lost so any advice is welcomed

Which visa are you AOSing from?

Have you sent a copy of an approved petition with the A# on it? If yes, then I guess they should be able to find your A# and add it on the form.

Otherwise, just wait and see. If you get a RFE for that, and that you previously sent the appropriate passport style pictures, they won't ask you again for new ones (why would they?).

K-1.

As far as I can remember everything else was correct, and I mentioned my A# on my cover letter AND noa2 that I sent. I was just wondering if they would want me to redo the whole form with the extra supplements needed. I sure as hell hope they add the A# themselves. This process is slow as it is. I should have paid more attention

It's ok, it's not a big mistake. Don't worry too much for that. :)
