AOS pending ,how open bank account ?

Hi,

I have a question ,my mom applied her AOS 5 months ago . Can she open her account in bank while her AOS is pending ?

i know a wife can have a joint account with husband without documents here but mom opening one solely no.....someone must be on account with her that has a SSN (patriot act) requirements

Did your mom get EAD? If so, did she get a Social Security card?

Ok ,it means she can have a joint account with me . Right?

Did your mom get EAD? If so, did she get a Social Security card?

No she didn't get EAD or SSN yet .
