Hello everyone, I'm new here, I'm a US citizen, filed I-130 for my husband back in the Philippines, submitted my application last May 9,2012, USCIS received application May 9,2012, On July 23,2012 got the approval notice that my petition was approved, August 22,2012 NVC sent me a correspondence received it on August 27,2012, informing me that the visa petition I filed for my husband has become eligible for further processing at the NVC...paid the AOS processing fee of $88.00, will send AOS documents on Tuesday since today is a holiday here. How long will I wait til the next step???
