You are filing your I-129F petition correct?

Do we need to send in all the forms that are listed or just the ones on the cover sheet???

Read the guidelines.

Go to 'guides' and select K-1 Visa.

Everything you filled, the letters of intent form both of you, the cover letter, the narrative on how you met (another document you must write), AND all the evidence showing you've met within 2 years of sending the packet must be sent as a K-1 visa petition.

Make sure your fiance signs the letter of intent, his biographical form, send you his 2x2 photos, and everything else the packet asks for.

After your packet is complete- make 2 copies: one for your files and one to send to your fiance.
