Hi Everyone!

I am an American citizen residing with my Irish husband in Dublin, Ireland. He recently got a job offer back in the U.S. and we've been working on getting him a Visa. We filled out the I-130 and I believe we have all the supplemental information. We wanted to send this out today, but we not sure how to pay the filing fee of $420. Being here in Dublin, can we obtain a bank draft and send that? Or does it need to be from an American bank. For either case, who is the money order made out to? I'm thinking our best bet is to have my parents fedex us a money order for $420, and we'd just pay them back. Again, who is that made out to? Is it the Department of Homelad Security? Thanks so much for any/all help! :)
