G-325 Applicants Employment

Hi guys, thanks for the help I have another question that I can't been able to find an answer to..

On the Applicants empoyment for the last 5 years it asks for full name and addresses.. None of my jobs full name and address will fit in such a small spot..

Can I just put the city and country? Or do I have to attach a sheet for this whole section?

If so do I have to make an exact replica of the form and put them in a table or can I just have them types out neatly in line?

Also, my chilean addresses aren't provinces or states, they are regions.. so do I put that in that box.. or nothing, or N/A?

Yes, company name, city and country are sufficient in the employment section of the G325a.
