ok guys I just got my MNL# from NVC.

Just want to reconfirm, I will be paying the Visa fee at BPI. I assumed I will only pay one visa fee for my fiance and two minor kids (7 & 2 year olds both are mine)am I correct?

Should I present the 3 passports or just my fiance only?

Then they are USC and only need U.S. passports. A U.S. citizen can not get a visa to enter the United States....

Bunker,,,,

You left us with an open ended question here which makes it hard to give you proper advice... so:

IF your fiancee and her children are not US Citizens... you will need to have seperate reciepts from BPI for each ... It is important you have "seperate" reciepts for each.

IF this is just for your fiancee AND the children already are US citizens, then you will pay 1 fee (and that fee if for the fiancee)

Nope k-2 visas are free if the children are coming along with Mom or within 1 year of Moms arrival in the US.

Not according to the embassy letter, it states to pay the K1 and/or K2 visa fee at BPI. http://photos.state....3__rtf2_005.pdf

I have read about lots of K1 & K2 fees being paid during this process, you know something new?

In the post just above this post of yours he states the kids are his. They are USC so can not apply for the K2 visa, they just need to get their U.S. passports.

Sorry for the confusion people.

I'm the petitioner. I'm a US Citizen. My kids was born when I was a green card holder. So I guess they won't be US citizen automatically according to the letter/link provided by Hank.

The Fiance visa is for my GF she's the beneficiary and our children. I'm just here in Manila to facilitate the processing of their papers.

PS: Which DS-156 form do I use?

DS-156: Nonimmigrant Visa Application (K category applications only)

or

DS-156K: Nonimmigrant Fiancé(e) Visa Application

Ah.... more details. So you will have to apply for K2 visas, paid the fees for each and follow the direction in the embassy letter - it tells which forms are needed for the K-1 and the K-2, and which are not.

Hi

yes... 240 x 3...and again make sure the reciepts you get from BPI or wherever you pay for them are done individually. As a FYI, your AOS costs once here in the US will also triple ( tho u get some discount because of their ages). its less expensive to pay the AOS fees at one time. Also, yes,,, you use the same MNL# , DS156k for your fiance, and DS156's for the children. :) How am i sure of this you might ask? Well... I am flying my fiance along with a 15, 14 and 11 year old ...it gets expensive.. best wishes to you :)

So I have to file separately for my two minor kids? (2 & 7 years old)

Will I be using the same MNL# for 3 of them?

So its $240 X 3 ?

Got our interview dates today.... A big Yayyyyy and thank You Jesus for listening to all our prayers :)

To give u an update and provide some guidance... Theres "4" of us getting the interview... You only seed to schedule (1) interview at the embassy website ( the K1), as you will see then with the final confirmation that they all are included into the one interview.

Also when going to schedule the appointment, there is "no need" to profile the chilldren under the K2 button to press, because towards the end of the K1 information, it provides another button to add dependents "smile"

I was worried wondering how i will try to get all the interviews on the same day, same time period, etc...The USEM has a system in place to ensure we dont have this burden.

:)

So I have to file separately for my two minor kids? (2 & 7 years old)

Will I be using the same MNL# for 3 of them?

So its $240 X 3 ?
