Hi!! i think im going to need a sponsor but i dont know what to do, i dont know what is it, i dont know where am i supposed to put the I-134 form, i dont know what i need to put on it!! OR the worst i dont know if its too late and i was supposed to send the form with mi 129f..... HELP!

You don't need the I-134 for the initial I-129F submission. Only needed at the embassy interview.

No need proof of a bonafide relationship either. You just have to prove you met in person in the last 2 years.

The I-134 affidavit of support comes after the approval of the I-129F petition. You have time to start getting everything in order to send to your fiance once your petition is approved.

I recommend strongly that you read about the process in order to understand everything that is required for this process. In order for this process to go without unnecessary delays, it is imperative that you know what is going on.
