i just got my letter of employment and this is what it says on it....

to whom it may concern,

this letter is to verify that frank minor (ssn) has been employed by Cintas since jan 17,2012 in our production facility. he works forty (40) hours a week at a rate of $15.15 per hour.

below are the outline of his coverage:

medical

insurance

401k

blah

blah

blah

balh

human resources

signature,

then address of my workplace..

its printed on a letter head....

is this what its soppused to be????
