Does anyone know where I would contact to apply for an extension on my K1 Visa application?

I have tried to contact the Montreal Consulate by phone and have had no luck, can't seem to get too talk to a real person. If anyone knows where I can call or e-mail and get a reply fast that would be great. My k1 expires Aug 24th, 2012 and beyond my control I wasn't able to get everything done in time *father passed away and well as a fire happened and papers had to be replaced and this took time to get them again*

Please if anyone can help ??

I am in the process of packet 3 and we have had a few set backs on getting all the information that is needed.

I have sent a e-mail to the consulate but they say it takes so long before anyone even replies and I need a reply asap.

Does anyone know any other way to contact the Montreal Consulate?
