Just receive the notice that says ,the immigration office cannot complete my request because of uncompleted evidence.i did not include my i693 with the packet. Please help with the Civil surgeonsin washington d.c area.

Was there any specific reason that you didn't include I-693?

As this will delay your processing more as compared if you would have put that in first place

Follow the link posted by above poster, find the surgeon in your area and get it done as soon as you can. Not including 693 in your application will delay processing of your case (the clock stops from the moment RFE is issued and until after response is scanned into the system and forwarded to appropriate unit).
