Ok, finally got the RFE notice in the mail and they are only requesting 3 items which I do have. My question is after reading the posts on here and understanding that several folks send all types of stuff of like plane itineraries, phone records, hotel receipts, bank statements showing activity in that country, etc . . my question is should I include that stuff too even tho they did not specifically ask for it? They did not ask for proof of us meeting within the last 2 years although my passport clearly states it . . . Should I include photos also well.

I really hope these inquires do not seem stupid . . I just do not want to receive another RFE if I can take care of these types of issues before hand. In addition, the RFE letter they sent me indicates that they went through my entire package carefully. The items they requested was 1) I did not fully complete the G325 for MYfamily (I was so worried about getting his information I overlooked this section) 2) My divorce dismissal was not the divorce decree and 3) they requested our letters of intent with passport pics. Each item was detailed in what they wanted and precise. So they are checking the paperwork.

Any suggestions would be appreciated . . I would like to return this package this week. Thank you oh so very much.

Vickie

Send what they ask for!

If they didn't ask for more proof of having met, then you sent enough!

Send what they asked for!!
