pls hlp, differences in middle name

V.J members plz I need u to clearify me on this.When I changed my name after I got married,I changed both my middle name but my 1st name is still same,I have it in the news paper publication and in the court affidavit for e.g thus Akinlabi olamide Angel and my 1-130 petition which was initially approved but was sent back to u.s b/c they suspect the marriage is not bonafide bears same.But when I went to change the name in my passport,they said they can only change the surname so my passport bears Akinlabi Olamide cynthia.Akinlabi is my husband name,olamide is my first name,cynthia is my baptisimal name and Angel is my given name at birth even though most of my certificates bears cynthia.My attorney said it won't be a problem but am scared b/c I don't want them to see another reason to send back my petition to u.s.please anybody that has an idea about this should plz advice me or is there a way I can notify uscis so that they can use the name the way it aPpears in my passport b4 they send the petition back for another interview after all both cynthia and angel are all my name.Even though the Noir they issued did not have this as one of their reasons for sending back my petition but I don't want the consular to see it as another reason to delay me b/c they are bent on looking for reason to delay or deny.ur reply will be appreciated,thanks.

So your petition was sent back because they believe fraud? So I gather you have address that evidence and you don't want the name change to further delay.

Have you gathered all the court documents to show the official name change?

I am sure that's all you need. What name was on the marriage license?

Thanks Dwheels I've given them all that they ask of in the noir.I have the court affidavit and national news paper publication for change of name.the name in the marriage licence is the one in the passport that is e.g Akinlabi olamide cynthia but the one in the petition is Akinlabi olamide Angel even though we listed cynthia as other names used in the petition.
