my husband filed i130 last may 2012,received NOA1 MAY11,2012.Anybody got NOA2 from may filers?

I don't think Igor's list is very accurate or what its based on. I know of two VJ Friends, who got their NOA2 and are late March filers, that are in NVC now. One person, with the same date as us, June 4, also got their NOA2 already. These filers were all from CSC though, not VSC.

I filed on May 15, 2012, got my NOA1 May 19,2012 and got my NOA2 approval on August 3, 2012. In checking the VJ timeline, I've noticed that out of about 3 filers already have their I130 approvals (for the Philippines), The majority still have not received any NOA2 notices, so don't feel bad yet as I know yours is coming (as ours already have and that's a good sign that CSC is moving along).

Ours was got into USCIS system May31. NOA 1 was June 5. NOA 2 was August 3. Our approval was really unexpected. it came in I believe in God's time. Keep the faith..

Although I received my NOA2 via email, I have not received the actual NOA2 notice of approval from USCIS. Have you received yours?
