My BC is from Colombia and it's in Spanish, well the long one is... the short one is a certified, notarized translation in English. Do I need the translated one plus a copy of all the pages of my U.S. passport? Also the vaccinations is that required from the U.S. Citizen or later from the Fiance being applied for? Kinda confused... are those vaccination records required with the first packet of K-1. I didn't see that on the list...

If you send copies of ALL the pages of your US passport, to prove your citizenship, you should not need to present your BC. It's one or the other. Just remember to copy all pages, even the blank ones; as they are number coordinated.

No vaccinations are required from the US at any stage, they will request certain vaccines from the beneficiary later down the road (after you are married and applying for AOS).

Thank you good.gif Do you know at what stage will they ask for the beneficiaries birth certificate or passport information? Or they will in interview. I didn't see these things in the list on here.

Beneficiary's birth certificate will be requested at the time of the interview, along with the passport. So, not for the initial packet of the petition.

Remember to read the Step by Step guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/guides and to check out the Example Forms http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples if you have any doubts.
