I used my electronically filed forms for I-134 with no problems. I signed them and turned them in.

I looked it up and it said it can take ten days to get?

Yes it can take that long but it is usually quicker. They have to give you the higher estimate. How quickly do you need them?

Also I looked at the instructions to the I-134 Affidavit of support and it say that you only need Tax return if self Employed. If emplyed by A company I ned to give W-2 and Pay stubs. Has anyone ran into this?

I am self employed and included my 1040 and scheduleC, etc., 6 months of paystubs, Articles of Incorporation/Biz License, and a signed letter from the agency who handles my clients. I hope that was enough because I did not include copies of my expense receipts. I wonder if that is a problem.(?)
