Hello,

I'm trying to find out what forms I have to fill out and file to USCIS applying for green card through marriage. The official website says it must be I-130 and I-485 filed at the same time. But I've read on a website of some layer that I also have to file forms G-325a, I-693, I-765 and I-864. So I have to idea what to do and what to file.. If I file all these 6 forms, do I send it in one package on in two different ones?

If it's possible I'd like to get some advice from you.

Thank you

Hello,

No, You do not need to use a lawyer if you do not choose to. If you think there may be legal complications with your application you may want to concider legal advice. This website is a very useful tool. But like most tools you must take the time to learn how to use it correctly. Take some time and look around the website, most of your questions will most likely be answered in the "Guides" section as well as other areas of the site. If you look in the "Guides" section, the website will take you step by step through the diffrent forms to fill out, supporting documentation you should add, and how to answer some questions specific to your needs. If you get really confused you can ask questions in the forums. My wife and I have used this website to go through pretty much most of the immigration process and have had no problems at all. Read all directions, and do not be afraid to ask questions in the appropriate forums. Good luck!
