We're applying for K3 visa. Since I live here in the Philippines we mailed the packages to my mom, and she's the one who sent the I 130 package to AZ lock box, by searching and reading here the procedures, we decided to abandon the K3 application and continue with the IR-1 / CR-1...

Problem: I only applied for my wife's i-130.

Question:

1. Do I need to apply another one for my step child (7 y/o)?

2. If Yes, Can I send i-130(IR2/CR2)packet to AZ lock box using my address in the Philippines? Or do I need to send to my mom and let her send the package again to AZ?

3. Do I need to pay separate for my step child's application?

4. If yes, Do they accept western union fee from the Philippines?

5. I have a son with her now 5 y/o, Got him US passport already, a friend said he also need Philippine passport, is this true? is my son a dual citizen? if yes until when? or is it for lifetime?

please help...

Each intending immigrant needs their own I-130. File the child's now and reference the mother's case number in your cover letter. No, a US Citizen with a US passport is not required to have a Philippine passport too but it might well be a good idea to obtain one anyway.
