My husband's visa was approved yesterday!! :) After a grueling 6 months of administrative processing!! We are so excited and happy and overcome with emotions!!

I have one question for all the VJers..

He submitted his passport to the Abu Dhabi embassy today, with a cancelled residence visa. Does the US embassy really look into that when stamping on his approved visa? He was currently under the process of joining a new company and changing his work visa over to the new company's and came back home today and found out that his work visa approved today as well (funny how that works!). But obviously he didn't have time to get it stamped onto his passport before he went to the embassy today. The embassy already told him to come back on Thursday to collect his passport, but I just wanted to get answers to this for my own peace of mind.

Thanks in advance!!
