I am filling my application for N-400 based on marriage 3 years. I have all the tax return for the 2009, 2010 and 2011. I am confused what should I do. Do I have to submit Tax Return for the last 3 years or do I have to submit Tax Return Transcript for the last 3 years.

Just few months ago, I submitted tax return documents with my application I-751 condition to remove on my green card. I got no issue with that and got new green card.

But with N-400, I am confused. More confused I am with the ordering of online Tax Return Transcript from IRS via http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=232168,00.html

when I enter my data i.e SSN , DOB, and address , it says that record does not match. The same address , same SSN, and DOB as is on my Tax Return Document. I do not know where exactly the error is?

What should I do.

Transcript is receipt, where photocopies of your tax return form is your purchase order.

I'm sure they are more interested in the receipt rather than the purchase order.

Besides, one is from you the other is from the government, I'm sure they'd go with whatever the government issued.

Learn a lesson from our mistake: We sent in 2009, 2010 tax transcript and the system didnt let me order 2011 tax transcript for some odd reason so we sent and brought Jackson Hewitts paperwork they gave us for 2011. That wasnt acceptable so we got a RFE for 2011 to go get the tax transcript which we are about to go leave the house and do now. Thats all we need before he gets his oath ceremony letter. Make sure you have all 3 years tax transcripts!
