interview requirements

hello guys..is there anybody there who can answer my question.. im a cr1 classification,and i am now at the last part of my application..ive sent everything at the NVC already and im just waiting for my case to be complete..my quetion is do i need to bring an original copy of my Police clearance during my interview?because i have sent the original one with my IV application and i only got the photocopy of it,and im confuse if do i need to secure another original police clearance?i just secured my police clearance lat june 11...pls guys i need your help..thnx

The original will be sent to the consulate from NVC

How long is your police certificate good for? You may need one if it is beyond when the consulate will accept it or close to it.

For example, my police certificate was 10 months into the 1 year the consulate would accept it, they asked me for an updated one at the interview

thank you for that information..mine was just secured last june 11 2012 and it expire for a period of 1 year..so is it ok for me to present the photocopy of my police certificate when i enter at the us embassy?

You shouldn't need to present it, they should already have it. But yes, bring a photocopy just in case
