Shipping Items from PI > USA

My love is trying to send her items to the US early. She lives in the Manila region, what is the safest method for her to transport those things to the US? Thanks for your information in advance.

EDIT: I guess she needs bigger box's than most. She has some camera equipment, make up, and dance shoes and clothes.

if she wants a very fast way to bring her things.. then go to FEDEX or LBC but it is expensive, BUT 99% sure that your things are going to secured..i will ship my box via local post office..though it may take 2 months but its the smartest way for us because of all the expenses happen during the visa process and marriage soon.. then i will put my important stuffs at my baggage on my departure date..

I know Johnny Air Cargo which has an office in Manila can ship a big box for $200. It's bigger than most LBC boxes, I think.
