Another option is buying a Green Dot reloadable Visa Card. It's available at Walmart, CVS , Rite Aid and many other locations, it cost $4.95 and you add money to it. It's accepted where ever Visa is accepted. These also come in MasterCard.

I didn't see the option of paying with a credit or debit card on the site when I was paying for mine. I could only pay with a checking account.

I am not sure about paying with someone else's account. I will check around and see if someone else from our area can help you with that question.

If worse comes to worse, just send a money order. Also, sometimes those prepaid cards that were mentioned already, will have a routing and account number associated with them so you can use them as a 'bank account'. I know for a fact that NetSpend has this benefit and you can have payments withdrawn from it just like a bank account.
