Hello. I am going to send my application this week, I have a couple of questions, In part 6.B, when I am asked to list my employer; I have been self employed most of my life but for the last 2 years. What would be the correct term to use under employer? Self employed? And a second question about part 10.B, Affiliation. The only association I have been a member of is a professional association relating to my line of work, Do I have to list that one? Thanks in advance.

1. Yes, self employed

2. I went a bit overboard, probably- I listed the cat rescue I am on the board of directors for, my Sam's Club membership etc. I would definitely list any political and professional associations.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
