If he doesn't have any other phone numbers, his parents or sibling's phone numbers will do. I heard St. Mary's sometimes asks for hand written letters from parents pero sa Prism di ako hiningan. I also brought a copy of my cenomar, just in case hingin pero hindi naman. You need to bring 2 photocopies of your passport, 1 photocopy of your visa kung meron na, and a photocopy of your birth certificate.

I brought 10 pictures.

Bring everything that you will be bringing to the interview, seems to change what all that they want. Additionally, your fiance's mother's maidan name, fiancee landline number in the states. Also if fiance is divorced, how long he was in that relationship and how long sincebeing divorced.

Paras. 14, 15, and 16 cover the topic at hand. Not having the notice of consent can prevent the marriage if between 18 & 21. If between 21 & 25, it's not NEEDED, but can delay issuance of marriage cert by 3 months.

I would think a simple paragraph typed saying that your parents are aware of the marriage, and have given their blessing, and having it notarized, should be sufficient.

From your parents, of course. If you'll go to CFO office, you don't need that, just the parental consent. Yes, PRISM is closed. You need to come early since CFO only accommodates 12 people/day.
