hi to all the people of visajourney...im new here & i kind of needed advices as in desperately.

im really worried because as of now we're still not able to file AOS (honestly coz we're financially broke).

my husband's really working hard to get some money but still kinda short...

so until this moment im still here in US,we already got married but my K-1 90 days already expired without filing yet.

is it gonna be okay if we file it very late although my 90 days expired(July 19,2012) but we're married(June 30,2012)?

i really need your advice, please tell me that i wont be deported to Philippines because we weren't able to file AOS yet.

You will NOT be deported....you are fine. Just file for adjustment of status as soon as you are financially able.

I understand where you are coming from, stay strong, support your Husband (it's tough right now in the US) - don't let finances come in between you two.

The immigration adjustment can wait but don't put it on a back burner, don't go outside the US or near any immigration checkpoint area.

Great Advice Gowon

I am not able to work too because of my Social Security "VALID FOR WORK ONLY WITH DHS AUTHORIZATION"...

that's the reason why I'm also not able to help my husband...he's also not much healthy,he got health problem (lung conflict from abusing body before we met)

so somehow he also needs some medicines to buy & that's priority before I get to file AOS.

If you are married, you're fine.. the visa was for you to get married. I think you have 6 months to apply for AOS or apply for visa extension if you exceed the 2 years here without receiving it yet.

No worries, when I said support I didn't mean it to sound like financial actually, sorry about that. Us Men, we also need emotional support too.

You Guys will be fine.
