Hello everyone, how are you all? I am new to this site, I just sent out our I-129f application on 07/18/2012. I would like to thank to everyone in advance for your help. I have a few questions.

Hi my base pay is $28,080, I have two little girls that are my dependents and live with me, if you add my fiance that will be 4 in the family. The financial requirements for a family of 4 are $28,812, so I come up a little short initially. With my job I am guaranteed overtime each week, which brings me over $30,000.

My question is do they just look at the base pay or will they look at the paystubs as well. I also receive $600 per month in child support, can that be included as income and if so how and where do I show it on the financial forms? Should my letter of employment just state my base pay (which is under the requirement) or include the overtime to show that I am financially able?

My last question is, what if my fiance is pregnant, will that put us in the next category with 5 or does that only apply when the baby is born?

Family of 5 only once the baby is born. What do your tax returns from last year say? Can you get a letter from your employer attesting to the guaranteed overtime and your salary with it?
