QUICK I-134 question

I've seen this question answered a few times in other threads, but no respondents had a definitive answer.

If you meet the income requirement for the I-134 and have your tax returns as evidence, is it necessary/required to provide information regarding your assets? The VJ example of I-134 for K1 just leaves the asset fields blank.

Thanks

If you qualify on income alone and have no need to use assets, then do just like the example form shows and leave that part blank. There is no requirement use or list assets.
