Now we were wondering since I, the petitioner, submitted the petition in the US if it would be ok for me to go live with my fiancé until we get our NOA2. We already got our NOA1. If needed I have family members who would be able to send the letters from the USCIS to my fiancé's house.

well you can do whatever you want as long as you have visa to go to pakistan and stay as long as you want.

just something to keep in mind, you will have to file a DS-230 its for providing financial support to the beneficiary when they arrive in the US. they ask for 3 months of income etc. and has to be more then the poverty guidelines. will you be able to still provide sufficient information for that, if so then go for it. Also if you are living together why not just get married?

no problem with that, just make sure to look out for any RFE's. also be prepared to get paperwork ready after the NOA2 arrives such as for the afaddavit of support.

I personally see no problem with that but you also have to look from what the CO would look at

It's not really the norm for fiancé to be living together without the benefit of marriage they may think you are married or they may just accept it that you live with your fiancé but in a typical Muslim country that isn't acceptable and they have denied ppl for thinking they were married when they were not

So use caution so that doesn't happen to you
