Here is an update on my case,i sent my application March 15 for N-400 and recieved biometrics appointment for April 24 since then i have been waiting for my interview letter, called NCSC last month and it is the same answer as what you get online case status so i thought it is normal to wait for 2 months until you get your interview notice,so today i have been thinking cannot be right to wait this long for the interview it is going to be 3 months next week and didnt get anything from them so i called customer service and same answer he said its a "matter of waiting" so i requested to talk to TIER 2( thanks vj member for the info)and sure enough they did not upload my biometrics to generate a schedule so the system has to communicate so in this case no schedule yet bec. biometrics was not uploaded so now i have to wait for a week for this upload thing and 3 weeks to get a notice. I have been reading here and most of the March N-400 applicants has already been interviewed, passed and oath ceremony completed but here i am still waiting at least now i got my mind cleared that it has been taking care of.

This is just unacceptable really.

Its a good thing you followed up though.

The best thing to do is to track members timeline that are from the same office, once you feel you are behind, you call and get an officer. customer service are worthless.

Hope you get your letter soon.

Honestly through out the whole journey with mine (485-751-400) I found out that patience is gold. While maybe you didn't had horror story like mine (My ROC/751 IS STILL PENDING while my N-400 interview is this Wed), the wait seems to be painful but relax. The amount you described seems to be within normal.

Also, using punctuation helps you to relax too, if you catch my drift.
