2012 tax returns will not be done until the end of the year.

The 2011 tax return is required. Having the 2 preceding years is a good idea so that if the CO wants to review them you can hand over a copy.

What mailing residence or place of residence that my husband has to fill in to the question? This is Part 4 in 1-864 information about the sponsor.

He is currently living abroad and is planning to go back to USA after my interview next month.

Another question is the country of domicile? Is it Philippines or USA?
