To what email address do I send the civil documents after I have done the DS-260?

For Peru, you can't email documents. Peru is only eligible for online forms (DS-261/DS-260).

Yes, exactly. It's just like you did with your AOS package, just different documents.

Do the documents need to be the original ones? or copies? If they do need to be the original ones will my husband (beneficiary) get them back at his interview?

Yes, they need to be originals or certified copies. The birth and marriage certificates will be returned at the interview.

Thank you so much. You are so good at this!

You're welcome! I've been here for almost 2 years, so I've learned a thing or two ;)

Yes, waiting that is the sucky part. Oh and another question do they just need my husbands birth certificate or also mine?

Petitioner's birth certificate is needed in the I-130 petition (or their passport).

Beneficiary's birth certificate is needed in the IV package.

So, no, just your husband's is needed.

Ok, good because I only have one original copy of my birth certificate.

Keep it in a safe place ;) I suggest sending a scanned copy to your husband though to bring to the interview, just in case.
