Some offices are overloaded and it takes a long time to schedule due to the number of applications. Waiting is bad bad, I know it, but nothing to worry about though.

Name check is a check for all your criminal history that might trigger any red flags. If you are clean and no lies, then you are good to go.

I would search for members with similar time frames from the same office (back 2 months earlier than your filing date), and track down their progress. This will give you an idea about the speed your office operating at.

Don't forget, every case is different, but if your case is a normal one, you can take other normal cases to determine what you need.

Good luck, you r almost done.

Thank you very much..I appreciate it.

I am gathering all the documents that I can as we speak. I didn't know tax transcripts also applied to 5 year folks as well . I am not able to get the 5th year so I am calling IRS on Monday

Well remember even though u have some criminal background. As long as u not convicted of any felonies. U could still be approved. Just bring the court paper and don't lie. Tell them exactly what happen. And I dt think u need to bring all 5 years. Cuz IRS can only give the tax transcript from 2008 . Food luck and come back share ur experience
