Where is my NOA1?

Hello everybody. I'm getting kinda worried here. This is what's happening. I finally got my I-129F packet ready on the weekend of October 7-8. I mailed the packet to the California Service Center in Laguna Niguel on Tuesday October 10 because the post office was closed Monday for Columbus Day. I know they received my packet at 7:19am on Tuesday October 11 because I sent it express mail and I tracked it thru the USPS website. I asked for written confirmation of the delivery from the website that same day (Oct 11) but have yet to receive anything. Also, I have not received any emails or calls or anything stating that work has been started on my case. The only thing I know is that they cashed my check for the filing fee ($170) because the money was withdrawn from my account (Oct 13) and I saw a copy of the check (front and back) and it has the USCIS stamp on the back. I have been looking at the timelines of other members and I saw that most of them got NOA's within only days of mailing the packet. Sometimes only 2 days or so! I double checked the copies that I made of my packet to see if I made any mistakes in my info but everything was fine. Can someone tell me what's going on? is this normal? How do I know if they started or not? How do I know if I have been "touched"? How do I track my case like you others do? HELP ME PLEASE?

Notice Of Action 1 is when they open the envelope and cash the check. On the back of the check there must be a number starting with WAC. With that # you can check your status on the USCIS website.

Thank you for the quick and helpful replies! I guess when we get nervous we just tend to feel helpless. I found my status and set up everything to receive updates. Thanks again so much!

I just looked at the status page again and I notice that they listed my petition as a I-129 Petition For A Nonimmigrant Worker. But I'm SURE I filed a I-129F Petition For Alien Fiance. I double checked my copies again! Should I be worried about this? I noticed the fees are different for the I-129 ($190) and the I-129F ($170). So if they listed my case as a I-129 and did not receive the proper filing fee, they should have not cashed my check and returned my packet right? Does anyone think this will be a problem? Or does anyone think that I might have entered the WRONG case number by mistake (I double checked that too)?
