hello!

My husband's interview is scheduled in first week of august. Does he need to take the copy of form 'choice of agent'. And when we submitted that form in 2010 I did not have any lawyer at that time but in 2011, I was out of country so I asked help from my lawyer during my absence. I mean after the submission of 'choice of agent' form, the rest of documents were submitted to NVC through my Lawyer. Does it affect our case that i wrote in form that I was doing everything by myself (nobody else is appointed than petitioner) then afterwards lawyer is involved in this case? And pls. also let me know does he need a copy to bring during an interview?

Thank-you

after your approved your file is sent to the nvc,you need to call for a case number an ID to put on the ds-3032 choice of agent an then fax it or mail it,then pay fee 88.00 for 1-864 aos then iv fee. read the guides, vjwiki ezguides spouse, andjames short cut , and lingche nvc short cut. or saylin-spreadsheet nvc.
