Hello Folks-

I am about ready to submit the I-129F application. I have been following the checklist listed here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

As I understand I don't have to submit anything else, correct? such as I-134, correct? Is the above checklist correct.

Also, as I am enclosing a copy of my naturalization certificate, I am not submitting copies of my passport. Hope that is also OK.

Thank you.

Hello Folks-

I am about ready to submit the I-129F application. I have been following the checklist listed here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

As I understand I don't have to submit anything else, correct? such as I-134, correct? Is the above checklist correct. YES

Also, as I am enclosing a copy of my naturalization certificate, I am not submitting copies of my passport. Hope that is also OK. If you are referring to Part A, question 10, you should be fine if you are including a copy of the front and back of your cert. (as mentioned in the instructions). In view of your above inquiries, I suggest that you consider double-checking all of your intended submission papers, and reviewing the form instructions, the forum guide before you mail your papers off to the Dallas lockbox.

Thank you.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Thanks for your kind responses and encouragement.

Two more clarifying question-

1) The naturalization has only a single side of information. The back side is blank. So why front and back?

2) My fiance is not bringing her kids initially. She will file for them after she gets here. That said, there is NO need to send in the affidavit from her ex-husband granting release of the kids for possible migration, correct?

Two more clarifying question-

1) The naturalization has only a single side of information. The back side is blank. So why front and back? When in doubt, follow the Form I-129F instructions, page 2. Hence my previous suggestion to review your paperwork and the instructions prior to sending your packet off.
