Depends on the US Embassy in Cuba. You should look for the embassy information or send them an email asking. I did that with Chile and they were very helpful in answering all my questions. Good luck.

There are forms in the packet he needs to fill out. And a list of approved hospitals for his medical appointment. He will bring all of it back for his interview. I hope that answers your question.

btw, my fiance (now husband) used an attorney who only cost 100 CUC and he was very helpful with the paperwork. I can find his contact info if you want.

The only other important thing in the packet is the list of hospitals for the chequeo medico. But you can find that list on this forum too or online.

I can fill out the forms with no problem. Its just so many questions I have. I dont want to leave anything undone or unresolved for the interview. I want him here so badly already, I miss him. And its hard to have someone you love so far away and not having them next to you.
