Click this link and look at the table.

The table shows you what immunity you must have.

http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/panel/vaccination-panel-technical-instructions.html#tbl1

And remember to bring your updated immunity record to panel physicians that is designated by the US consulate.

Good luck!

For those of you who been through this before and to those who might know better: can you please tell me what vaccines are required for me to have for that medical? I have a number of vaccines already I just want to go through the list to be sure from now so when my date come for my medical I wont have to be held up for any reason. Another thing I know that some vaccines are recommended for kids and some for adults, I am an adult. Thanks

Questions:

How often does someone have to take those vaccines if they've taken them already? Are they a one time thing?

According to that table, I need the flu shot but I had been told healthy people don't need it. I have my medical on Tuesday and now I am not sure what to do.

If you are not getting cold frequently, then disregard the flu shot.

How on earth would they know how often you get a cold? lol

I don't think vaccines are something they are going to take on your word.

I'm pretty sure you need a flu shot if you have your interview around now.

I'm not familiar with where you are from, but in the US and Canada, you can go to many pharmacies and just get one.

If you have the ability to do that where you are, then you can do that.

In Germany all shots are highly regulated and you need an appointment with a doctor. So there is no time to do that anymore before Tuesday. I really don't want a flu shot as many people get sick from them and I really don't have time to be sick now with all the moving preparation. I had checked the vaccination table in May and back then it said if you are under 65 or something you don't need the flu shot and now this. I am worried now that I will have to travel to the panel physician twice and get a shot I really don't want.
