Hi

I got family based Conditional GC on sep 9 2010 and I am due to apply for I-751 to remove conditions before sep 9 2012. I am doing this paper work by myself. I will really appreciate if you answer my below questions.

1) Once I send the I-751 Packet, How long it will take to get the 10 Yr GC and is the Interview Mandatory.

2) My wife lives in Michigan and we have a son together, I work in New Jersey as I am a IT Contractor. Will this be a issue and I have flight tickets from past 1 year.

3) We have phone bill, internet bill, Health insurance, Car insurance under both of our names. I will also get the affidavits from our family members. I have lot pictures of my son and family occasions etc. Is there any limit to sending the pics or can I send all the pics that I have.

4) Also once I send the I-751 I assume that USCIS will send 1 year extension letter. Based on this can I travel over seas or will there be any issue.

I will really appreciated you thoughts on my concerns.

Thank you

if your married you cam file the removal of conditions 1-751 90 days before your green card expires, you may not have a interview unless you are spot checked randam, once your file is received you will get a receipt 797 it will say you have a one year extension, also on that letter you will have a new case number,a month or two you will get another letter asc for your appointment to have your finger prints an your photo taken then you wait for the back round check to be approval, mack sure you have a lot of evidence living togather during the two years of marriage, good to have joint banking, and joint tax transcripts three years some utility bills both driver license showing the same address.

751 is not AOS it is ROC.

Moving from AOS forums to the correct forums for ROC process.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Can you please tell how many photos i have to send as a proof of marriage or is there any limit or how many photos do u think is reasonable to send.

Thanks

Please see the guides and the instruction forms for filing I-751 removal of conditions.

If you have an interview your spouse is required to attend the interview with you.

You are to be showing 2 years of co-mingling lives and finances. Considering you do not live with your spouse it is highly likely you will have an interview.
