any JUNE NOA2 approvals??

HI GUYS, the petition approved last June 21, 2012.

I heard some comments that MEMBERS APPROVED IN MAY until now no news from NVC..that the case is not in their system yet.

just want to ask if when will the NVC give us notice that they receive our case?

how many days will we receive news from them??

after we received the NOA2 hard copy, what do we do next and how many days before I call the NVC if they received the case?

if they reply that not in their system yet, what should I do??

keep calling.you need the case number,in the mean time read up on the nvc guides on vjwiki ezspouse or james short cut,

hi i got mine the same day.. we have not received the case # too but it says on the paper that we have to give NVC 30days before calling them. so i guess we need to wait. i'm just curious did you hire an immigration atty?

usually it takes more than a month before they reply to you

it takes 4 weeks before they can reply to you.

if you did not get an email from them you gotta call them, they would ask for info and will tell you that they will update you by email

after a week or so you will get an email stating that the papers has been forwarded to the USembassy with your MNL# or if they need to do some investigation

once you got the email that the papers has been forwarded to the embassy and you got your MNL# you can go ahead and have your interview scheduled...

You might wanna start calling the USCIS and ask them to transfer you to a Tier 2 immigration officer. Usually they can answer whats the status of your case. and what is going on. They should know if they have sent the files to NVC already.
