Hello Fellow VJ ' ers ! I would like some opinions with this thought please . On Yahoo there is a part with " Conversations " that keeps a simpler view of chats . When I click on mine is says " 2749 Conversations " at " 110 Pages " . Of course that is the Total number of conversations . I printed Pages 1 , 25 , 50 , 75 , 100 and also Page 110 and that shows a synopsis of chats and a small declaration of what is in each chat and who the chat is with . It surely does not go to the beginning of our relationship because we met in August 2010 and the described pages only goes to May 2011 . My question is this : I would like opinions of if this is acceptable as proof since all of the chats show that it is with my Fiance' except ONE on page 110 , remembering that the 6 pages printed shows a line from the chats and there is 25 lines of chats per page . It does show that we have very much communicated alot in that 13 month period . Thanks for all that give their opinions . Terry

It seems many worry about this stuff too much in either front loading application or bringing everything to interview. Just provide a good sample and some new ones with interview. My thinking was keep it clean, simple and organized.

FYI, I didn't include any chat logs or cell phone records in our initial I-129F filing.

For our interview, I prepared about 30 pages of Skype prints (just picked 30 random ones spread across the year or so we had been Skyping. Also had about 20 pages of cell phone receipts showing texts I sent to her. And we had some Yahoo Messenger chats from early on. Also had phone records from Ooma the company I use that showed lots of telephone calls.

Want to know how much they looked at it? Not a single page. They didn't ask, they never saw any of it in the intreview.

Checked our photos, looked at my tax return, took the police report and cenomar, and that was it.

So wouldn't bother overdoing it. A selected set of printouts covering time is all you need. I might have more than 6 or 8 pages though.

But it depends on how much 'other' evidence you're brining. Emails? Real letters? Cell or other phone records that show contact? If you have those things, then you can be lighter on the chat records I'd think.

Again, expect that they might never ask for any of it, but still you have to have it in case they suspect anything.

I've learned so much about bringing evidence to the interview, and how much it's looked at, by reading on Visa Journey. My Fiancee and I are through the NOA2 approval point, so now she is getting ready for the eventual interview day (Guangzhou, China Embassy). I have tried to tell her to relax, but she wants to leave nothing to chance, bless her heart! :P She has printed over 100 pages of Yahoo chat, many, many, photos, she wants me to bring 3 years tax returns, and a whole year of pay stubs and bank account records. I have learned from VJ that this is a bit of overkill  , but it makes her feel more certain, so I am going along. It just means we will have a lot of "dead weight" going along with us to the interview. I do love her so much!(L) Good luck to you finishing your Journey!

Thanks Everyone for your replies ! I am just concerned because We do not have but 3 pictures of us together . I did stay with her in her city , actually I rented an apartment in her apartment building and was there for 34 days . We do not have much with Our names on it . I have the usual ..boarding passes ... rent reciept and plenty of pictures of HER and plenty of ME but not many together . Thanks .....Terry

Well 3 pictures is going to push it, so better to add more of other things then.

I'm always amazed, how can you go somewhere, spend 34 days with them, and have only three pictures together? My fiance wanted to take our picture together about every 8 seconds! :)

Know that photos are the ONE thing they're going to look at in the interview. If it all possible, you might consider traveling there before you interview, getting more photos, document that trip VERY well. Just to be safe.

3 might be fine, but I wouldn't be surprised if they asked for more. It's pretty much the strongest piece of evidence along with boarding passes and passport stamps.

Sure along with all the other types of evidence that you two are purposefully generating, you should be able to convince a total stranger that you have a legit relationship.

All added together, all your evidence should clearly show how your relationship began and has blossomed.
