First of all I want to thank you so much for all the VJ's people for all their helpful comments...And more time I have some question again...How many days the USEM Manila recieve our packet from NVC? Can we make appointment for my medical and make schedule for my interview since we have manila case #? Should I pay the Visa fee's before or after my medical? I really appreciate your reply..I'm confused right now bcoz of excitement.

Just make sure at the time of your interview with the CO you call him your Fiancé, and not your boyfriend. After all you are engaged to be married right?

AdamandLulu--congrats on receiving case#!! In order/stepwise: #1: If you've not heard from USEM in a week or two, contact USEM Manila to see if case recieved. #2: After verification, then first pay visa fee. #3: After paying visa fee, then schedule interview. #4: Next arrange to do medical (walk-ins are allowed) far enough in advance of interview date (at least a week or two) to assure results transferred to USEM Manila OK prior to your interview. --RK and Inday

June 19, 2012 - text notification indicating receipt AOS package
June 25, 2012 - hardcopy AOS, EAD, AP "NOA1"s (I-797C) received
June 29, 2012 - appointment letter for biometrics received (appointment: mid-July)
July 14, 2012 - Biometrics appointment: complete
July 18, 2012 - Case transferred to California Service Center notice received
August 27, 2012 - Combo EAD & AP card received

April 25, 2012 - Permanent Resident card (conditional) received; Yahoo!!! (no interview)

REMOVAL OF CONDITONS
March 28, 2015 - I-751 filed; sent via USPS priority mail, signature upon delivery requested
